EDICT.-

New call to no tenders are submitted in the 2nd.

Up to fourteen hours a day 25 May 2016, those interested in the management of public service municipal swimming pools and bar them, may submit tenders in public opening hours, whose effects will be provided copies of the specifications Economico-Administrative, models of supply and declaracio-nes, and the effective information note on documentation accompanying supply-Nar.

Such conditions include the following:

2.-Not initial any amount of concessional Canon is set, notwithstanding that it can be offered by applicants, to be among the aspects under negotiation prior to the award.

3.-The winning bidder is obliged to hire, enlist in the Social Security, pay fees to it and that compensation; both the rescuer and the minimum staff required for the service; b) the rescuer must have the qualifications and licenses required by the Territorial Health Service; c) the City will assume certain responsibilities as well as benefits or cost, with the limit contained in the contractual terms; d) the contractor must sign and submit a liability insurance.

4.-Bail will be 1.000 euros, improvable upward; This deposit will be returned at the end warranty period.

6.-A new departure from previous calls the winner will have option to open the pool on schedule or during the second half of June, must keep open the July 1.
